1. You only pay if prescribed

Completing a visit is free. You are charged only after a licensed provider prescribes treatment for you. If you do not qualify, you will not be charged.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@getvyril.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. To avoid being billed for an upcoming cycle, cancel before your renewal date.

3. Refunds

  • Because medications are personalized and dispensed by a pharmacy, shipped prescription products are generally non-refundable for safety reasons.
  • If you were charged in error or have not yet been shipped, contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
  • Refund eligibility may vary based on applicable law and the circumstances of your order.

4. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
