Telehealth Informed Consent

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Template notice: This is placeholder legal language for a demonstration build. Have a licensed attorney review and finalize all policies before going live.

This Telehealth Informed Consent describes the use of telehealth to deliver care through Vyril, a brand operated by Celestia Management FZCO (a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates), and the licensed providers available on the platform. Please read it carefully before submitting your visit.

1. What telehealth is

Telehealth involves the use of secure electronic communications to enable a provider to evaluate and, where appropriate, treat you without an in-person visit. Your care may be delivered asynchronously, meaning the provider reviews the information you submit and responds, rather than meeting in real time.

2. Benefits and limitations

Telehealth can offer convenient and private access to care. However, it has limitations: a provider cannot physically examine you, and there is a possibility that information could be insufficient to make a complete clinical judgment. If so, the provider may request more information or decline to prescribe.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your health and medications.
  • Disclose all conditions and medications, including nitrates and heart conditions, which can make treatment unsafe.
  • Follow the provider's instructions and seek in-person or emergency care when needed.

4. Medication safety

Treatments for erectile dysfunction are not appropriate for everyone. Do not use these medications if you take nitrates or certain other drugs, or if you have specific cardiovascular conditions. Side effects can include headache, flushing, nasal congestion, dizziness, and changes in vision. Seek emergency care for an erection lasting more than four hours or for chest pain during sexual activity.

5. Compounded medication

Vyril Q4 is a compounded medication prepared by a licensed pharmacy and prescribed only after clinician review. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

6. Privacy

Your telehealth interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Consent

By submitting your visit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this consent, that you are 18 or older, and that you voluntarily agree to receive care via telehealth.
