Welcome to Vyril. Vyril is a brand operated by Celestia Management FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Celestia Management FZCO," "Vyril," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vyril website, telehealth platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Services do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Seek immediate care for an erection lasting more than four hours.
Vyril is a technology platform only. We provide the website and software that connect you with independent, third-party licensed healthcare providers and licensed pharmacies. Vyril does not provide medical care, does not practice medicine or pharmacy, and does not manufacture, compound, dispense, or sell medication. The providers and pharmacies are independent contractors who are solely responsible for the clinical services, prescribing decisions, compounding, and products they provide. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Vyril, and Vyril does not control, direct, or interfere with their professional judgment.
Your provider–patient and pharmacist–patient relationships are exclusively between you and those independent professionals. No provider–patient relationship is created between you and Vyril. A provider may decline to prescribe treatment if it is not appropriate for you, and any product you receive is prescribed, compounded, and dispensed at the independent professional's discretion and responsibility.
Content made available through the Services — including website copy, educational material, and product information — is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation from Vyril. It is not a substitute for the judgment of your treating provider or your own physician. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read through the Services.
You understand that all medications and medical treatments carry inherent risks, including the risk of side effects, adverse reactions, drug interactions, and, in rare cases, serious or life-threatening events such as cardiovascular complications. Treatments for erectile dysfunction are not safe for everyone — particularly individuals who take nitrates or have certain heart conditions. By using the Services and any treatment obtained through them, you:
You agree that responsibility for clinical decisions and for any product rests with the independent providers and pharmacies, and not with Vyril.
You agree not to misuse the Services, provide false or incomplete information, share your account, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the health information you provide, and you understand that providers rely on it to make clinical decisions.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vyril does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and Vyril makes no warranty regarding the clinical services, advice, prescriptions, compounding, or products provided by independent providers or pharmacies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyril and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, illness, or death, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any treatment, product, or clinical decision obtained through them — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because Vyril is a technology platform and not a medical or pharmacy provider, Vyril is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, advice, prescriptions, compounding, dispensing, or products of any independent provider or pharmacy, or for any adverse medical outcome. Any claim relating to clinical care or to a product is between you and the responsible independent professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyril's total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Vyril in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vyril and Celestia Management FZCO and their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate or incomplete health information, or your failure to follow a provider's instructions or applicable warnings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Services are provided by Celestia Management FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or consumer protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence, and clinical care is delivered by independent, licensed providers in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you receive it.
