Welcome to Vyril. Vyril is a brand operated by Celestia Management FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Celestia Management FZCO," "Vyril," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vyril website, telehealth platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
The Services do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Seek immediate care for an erection lasting more than four hours.
Vyril is a technology platform that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers. Vyril does not practice medicine and does not control the clinical decisions of any provider. A provider may decline to prescribe treatment if it is not appropriate for you.
You agree not to misuse the Services, provide false information, share your account, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vyril is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Services are provided by Celestia Management FZCO, a Free Zone Company registered in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or consumer protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence, and clinical care is delivered by independent, licensed providers in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you receive it.
